WHY DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Creating an account allows you to have a more seamless experience. When you have an account, you can: store your billing address, add shipping addresses, join our mailing list, check your order status, and even create a wish list that you can share with friends! Also, we can contact you if there's a problem with your order. It's quick and easy. Just click here to create your account.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I HIT “SUBMIT”?

We strive to have all orders picked, packed, and shipped as quickly as possible because we know you can't wait to receive it! So, we start processing the moment you click 'Place Order'. With that in mind, once your order is placed, we are not able to cancel or change your order. Don't worry, we can process your order as a return once it has been delivered. Please see the return policy for additional information if a return is still needed.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WENT THROUGH?

You will receive an order confirmation via email with all the details of your order.

WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED AN EMAIL REGARDING MY ORDER?

There are usually two reasons for not receiving an email: 1. you may have an outdated email address on file, or 2. you may have a spam blocker filtering emails from us. Make sure to keep your user information current and try turning off any spam blockers that may be preventing our messages from reaching you.

IF I RETURN MERCHANDISE, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

We will process a return 14 - 21 days after we receive your returned merchandise in our warehouse. Once approved for a refund, returns will be refunded in the form of store credit redeemable at CheckOutMall.com. The return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

WHAT DO I DO IF SOMETHING IN MY ORDER IS DAMAGED OR MISSING?

Please contact a CheckOutMall Customer Support representative right away and we’ll help you out. Click here to view our returns/exchange policy and instructions. We must receive all returns and exchanges (including the replacements of missing or damaged items) within 30 days of the purchase date listed on your receipt.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All orders take 1-2 business days to process. CheckOutMall may need to contact you if there is an issue with your order, so please keep your account information updated! All order communication is done via email, so make sure that your email address is accurate and current.

A PRODUCT'S DIMENSIONS ARE NOT LISTED ON THE WEBSITE

Most of our products have the dimensions listed but if you need to know details that are not listed, please contact us and we will find out the information and update our website accordingly.

DO YOU HAVE OLD SERVICE MANUALS OR SCHEMATIC DIAGRAMS?

Unfortunately for older CheckOutMall / Realistic / Optimus products these are no longer available. For newer products, please contact us and we will see what we can do to assist.

CAN I RETURN ONLINE PURCHASES TO A PHYSICAL STORE?

If an item was purchased from a physical store, the return must be done through the physical store where the purchase was made. CheckOutMall.com is an online e-commerce store ONLY, but there are still some independent retailers operating physical CheckOutMall stores.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship to all 48 states in the continental U.S. (excluding Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

We do offer international shipping at the moment.

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O BOXES?

We don’t ship to PO Boxes due to the dimensions and weight of our products.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING COSTS?

We offer free shipping for orders over $99.00. 

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES?

The shipment of most products can take up to 7 business days. For a more accurate estimate, please check details on the product’s page on CheckOutMall.com

WHAT IF I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER?

If your tracking number shows your order was delivered but you never received it from CheckOutMall.com, contact a Customer Support representative immediately. For more information, please click here.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?

If you have a CheckOutMall account online, you can check the status of your order and track the shipment through your account. You will also receive an email with the tracking number once your order has shipped so that you can track it online.

WHY DOESN'T THE SHIPPING COMPANY WEBSITE RECOGNIZE THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR AN ORDER I PLACED?

Once you receive a shipping confirmation email, tracking information may take 1-2 days to update from the time the shipment was initiated.

I ORDERED A “PRE-SALE” ITEM, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Pre-sale items allow you to place a hold on items before they actually make it into inventory. These items won’t ship until after they become available. If you’re curious about the projected ship date of a specific item, you can always find it on the product page.

DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

We do not offer an expedited shipping option at this time.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO SHIP WITH A FREIGHT FORWARDER?

We do not ship via freight forwarders.

Payments

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

CheckOutMall supports Paypal, Merchant Services, Payment Plans, and most major credit/debit cards.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A REFUND TO SHOW IN MY ACCOUNT?

Refunds take 2-3 business days to be processed. Depending on the bank, some refunds may require an additional 5-7 business days to be reflected.

DO I HAVE TO PAY TAX ON MY PURCHASE?

Yes. Sales tax is calculated according to the state and county tax laws where the order is being shipped. The tax shown online is only a quote and may slightly differ from the total charged, usually by no more than a few cents.

MY COUPON CODE WAS NOT APPLIED. CAN I STILL ADD IT WHEN MY ORDER HAS ALREADY BEEN PLACED?

Please contact CheckOutMall Customer Support to verify that your coupon code is valid. Most promotions are advertised on our site. (PLEASE NOTE: COUPONS THAT HAVE EXPIRED WILL NOT BE APPLIED AND A MAXIMUM OF 1 CODE CAN BE APPLIED PER ORDER.)

CAN I USE PART OF MY GIFT CARD AND THE BALANCE LATER?

This is fine, whatever you don’t spend will still be remaining on your gift card.

Under the new ownership, all gift cards & store credits issued prior to September 1, 2020 will not be honored on this site.
